Patsy Thompson Designs, Ltd. makes tax-free, discounted sales offerings available to all qualified parties. Wholesale Reseller applicants must operate a licensed business and must be holders of a valid state or locality tax license or permit, and where applicable, a US Federal Tax ID.


Becoming an approved Wholesale Reseller will enable you to purchase our products tax-free at a significant discount.  This is a two step process:


1. Submit a new Customer Registration Form with all applicable information correctly entered. 



2. In addition to this online membership sign-up form, compliance with sales tax law requires Patsy Thompson Designs, Ltd. to have a photocopy of your vendor’s license on file for our records.  Please complete this Wholesale Registration form and fax a copy of your vendor's license to us in the US at 419-868-7426. Alternatively, you may send a copy of your vendor's license  via snail mail to:

Once we have received and verified your information, we will electronically convert your account to wholesale status, and you will be notified of this change via email.  From that point on, you will only see wholesale prices when you log on to the site.

Please note: Individual wholesale purchase must include a minimum order of $75.00  All sales are final with no returns, other than any product found to be defective.
